Band Saw Blade Butt Welders (FUHO FBW-12/24/42/72)

FUHO FBW band saw blade butt welders provide a compact, all-in-one solution for fabricating and repairing carbon-steel, bi-metal, and tungsten bandsaw blades. Each machine combines a blade shear, resistance butt welder, annealing station, and grinder, allowing operators to cut, weld, anneal, and finish blade joints in one convenient unit.

Choose the appropriate model according to blade material and width:

* FBW-12: carbon-steel blades from 2–13 mm (1/8–1/2 inch)
* FBW-24: carbon-steel blades from 3–16 mm (1/8–5/8 inch) and bi-metal or tungsten blades from 2–13 mm (1/8–1/2 inch)
* FBW-42: carbon-steel blades from 6–19 mm (1/4–3/4 inch) and bi-metal or tungsten blades from 3–16 mm (1/8–5/8 inch)
* FBW-72: carbon-steel blades from 3–25 mm (1/8–1 inch) and bi-metal or tungsten blades from 6–19 mm (1/4–3/4 inch)

Designed for machine shops, blade suppliers, saw-maintenance departments, and production facilities, FUHO blade welders can produce custom-length blades from bulk band stock, repair broken blades, and prepare blades for internal contour cutting.
