20-Inch High-Performance VFD Variable-Speed Vertical Band Saw (VBS-2013/2013E)

The FUHO VBS-2013 is a 20-inch high-performance VFD vertical band saw engineered for precise straight, curved, and contour cutting in demanding industrial environments. Its dual-range VFD speed control provides blade speeds from 15 to 1,500 m/min, combining high torque at lower speeds with the versatility required for metals and selected non-metal materials.

Powered by a 3 HP motor, the machine provides a 20-inch throat capacity and 13-inch work height. Choose the VBS-2013 with a stationary table or the VBS-2013E with an electric-feed table. Standard features include a digital speed display, integrated blade welder, grinder and shear, blade brake, spraying system, rip fence, miter protractor, and circular-cutting attachment. Made in Taiwan, with CE configurations available upon request.

Extremely stable construction, entire machine base made of heavy gauge steel, providing a rigid and solid foundation, reducing vibration while cutting at high speeds

BLADE WELDER: A MUST-HAVE DEVICE IN EVERY MACHINE SHOP AND MAINTENANCE STORE
An integrated blade welder equipped with annealing, cutting and grinding devices can easily cut blades into required length, which makes a big saving on the blade costs. Blades can also be broken and re-welded for internal cutting.

BLADE TENSION: USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN
Regardless of the blades’ width, the user-friendly blade tension indicator assures fast, easy and accurate settings.

Balanced wheels coated with rubber tires protect not only the blades’ teeth but also assure long-term use running at all speeds.

TABLE: MULTI-TILTING CAST IRON TABLE REDUCES VIBRATION FROM CUTTING AT HIGH SPEEDS
The multi-tilting worktable constructed with cast iron can handle large production pieces and reduce cutting vibrations. VBS-2013 and above models are equipped with T slots, while E models with the genius design of FUHO electric power table, which makes the maintenance so easy that the user requires no extra care on the table.

INVERTER + BRAKE: HIGH-EFFICIENCY CUTTING WITH EASIER AND SAFER OPERATION
The FUHO inverter models are replacing the traditional mechanical transmission with the characteristic of an inverter to reduce spare parts’ weariness. Easier and more efficient operation on speed adjustment, with braking resistance for an automatic blade stop function, which provides better safety protection.

SPRAYING SYSTEM: MULTIFUNCTION, SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT
The minimal spraying system could use for chip blow, mist and lubrication. (Plant air required)
